Its main working principle is to convert the energy into the compression energy of the spring when the crane hits the spring buffer, so as to prevent the occurrence of accidents.


The working principle of the hydraulic buffer is that when the impact of the crane occurs, the hydraulic buffer can make the various parts of the crane go through a process, so as to play a buffer role.

First, the gantry crane body should be supported by a jack and the spring should be cleaned with water. After the installation is completed, rotate the car shock absorber left and right several times to check whether the spring is fully installed in the spring slot; Whether the outer edge of the buffer scratches the fender; Whether the buffer overlaps. At the same time, in order to prevent the shock absorber from sliding to the bottom of the spring during the driving of the car, it is necessary to install a stop card.


Then spray the loosened coil spring with soapy water or lubricant. The strong buffer sprayed with soapy water or lubricating liquid is inserted into the slack coil spring gap, and the gantry crane buffer installation is confirmed after the car body can be lowered.


Finally, the distance between the

 shock absorber springs of the gantry crane is a problem that needs attention when installing the shock absorber. The distance between the shock absorber springs should be equal to the length of the shock absorber. If it is more difficult to squeeze by hand, it is necessary to loosen the screw of the shock absorber and relax the heavy mechanical mesh spring of the shock absorber 2-3 cm.
